The problem

Good work gets harder to manage when decisions are scattered.

Project status, files, comments and approvals can end up split across messages, documents and tools. ClientQuest brings the decision points into one workflow, so the studio can organize the work and the client can focus on what actually needs a response.

The product separates the internal project workspace from a simpler client portal, reducing the amount of project-management detail a client has to interpret just to review a deliverable.

Workflow

Move deliverables from preparation to a recorded decision.

01

Prepare

Projects and deliverables stay organized by phase, version and review status inside the studio workspace.

02

Share

A secure portal link gives the client access to the items that are ready for review without exposing the full internal workspace.

03

Decide

Clients can approve a deliverable or request changes, while feedback stays connected to the item being reviewed.

04

Record

The decision updates the deliverable state, giving the project a clearer record of what moved forward and what needs another pass.

Selected product flows

Designed around decisions, not dashboards for their own sake.

Static portfolio previews based on the working ClientQuest interface. Project names, client names and example deliverables shown here are synthetic.

Creative operations

The interface follows the handoff.

Status should mean something.

Draft, In Review and Approved map to real workflow states instead of vague task labels.

Clients should see only what needs them.

The portal keeps the client experience focused on review-ready deliverables and the next decision.

Approval should leave a record.

Approval and change requests stay attached to the deliverable rather than getting lost in message history.

Access should be intentional.

Portal links can be created, refreshed and revoked as project access changes.

What this project demonstrates
